The Auburn Tigers have relieved head coach Hugh Freeze of his duties following the program's fifth loss of the season on Saturday against the Kentucky Wildcats.
The Tigers are involved in a coaching search, as the school fired fourth-year coach Brian Kelly after their 49-25 home loss to Texas A&M in Week 9. LSU and athletic director Scott Woodward, who hired Kelly after the 2021 season, also parted ways.
LSU received its start time and television designation for Nov. 15 against Arkansas and it will take an adjustment for Tiger fans. LSU vs. Arkansas is set for 11:45 p.m. CT and will be televised on SEC Network.

This is the first game for the Tigers since Brian Kelly was fired. Interim Coach Frank Wilson will address the media on Monday at noon. Frank Wilson will serve as LSU’s interim head coach for the remainder of the football season, the university announced.
These LSU Tigers should have the most to gain from the late-season coaching change, moving from Brian Kelly to Frank Wilson.
