YouTube TV viewers have lost access to Disney channels, including ABC and ESPN, after contract talks broke down.

Disney and YouTube TV have failed to reach a new distribution agreement ahead of their deadline. The two companies were unable to finalize a new agreement before the October 31 deadline, leading to a blackout of major networks.

YouTube TV will drop ESPN, ABC and other Disney networks at midnight ET Thursday. Google and Disney remain far apart on a deal in a dispute over pricing.

YouTube TV and Disney have until Thursday night to come to terms on a new contract or ESPN and ABC will be blacked out on the streaming service.
