Windows 11 KB5067036 has a strange bug that causes the Task Manager instance to duplicate every time it is closed.

In a statement, Microsoft admitted Windows 11's performance could "potentially degrade" due to a bug where Task Manager refuses to quit.

Microsoft has now rolled out Build 22631.6132 (KB5067112) for version 23H2 in the Release Preview Channel with bunch of fixes.
