Nebraska football had everything lined up for a statement win Saturday night. Memorial Stadium was rocking under the lights for a blackout game against USC, and for most of the evening, the Huskers looked like they might actually deliver something the fanbase has been starving for.

Iowa State tight end Benjamin Brahmer was injured after an awkward hit during the fourth quarter of ISU's loss to Arizona State. Brahmer was slow to get up after the hit and fell back to the ground after a few seconds on his feet. The Iowa State medical staff ran onto the field before calling for a cart.
