According to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, Devon Dobek, 51, was in the Mount Hood National Forest in Sandy, a city that’s about 28 miles east of Portland. They said in a Facebook post that Dobek never returned to his home in Hubbard, Ohio, after the Oregon trip.
