The Philadelphia 76ers will begin a 3-game road trip on Sunday to take on the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center.

Kelly Oubre Jr. scored 29 points, Tyrese Maxey had 26, and the 76ers defeated the Nets 129-105 on Sunday night.

Oubre made 9 of 11 field goals and had 22 points in the first quarter, and Tyrese Maxey continued his torrid scoring pace with 26 points.

The Nets are stuck in their longest losing skid to start a season since dropping the first seven 10 years ago. It’s the third worst in team history.

The Brooklyn Nets eyed and poked at their first win of the season again tonight, but in the end, sent it back to the kitchen. However, the Nets did find uncharted territory: a double-digit lead, which occurred immediately.

Oubre finished the evening leading Philadelphia with 29 points on 12-for-21 (57.1%) field goal shooting, hitting 3-of-9 (33.3%) from long range. He went 2-for-2 from the foul line, had three rebounds and added a block and a steal in his 33:17 on the floor.
